Aufwind Zukunft

Aufwind Zukunft (“Tailwind for the future”) – this idea pretty much sums up what we want to achieve with our work. Driving the economy and society of tomorrow forward, finding and connecting the right players to do it – giving them tailwind, in other words. That’s why, together with the Brand & Impact project of TAS Agentur, we took a bird’s-eye view of all the topics that move us every day, and now we want to talk about them in depth. To give this project substance, our podcast takes the form of a quadrologue – with two hosts and two guests per episode. Dirk and Oliver – Anthropia’s managing director & co-founder duo – are the hosts. In each episode, they talk with our guests about a topic of the future in which the guests have already achieved a great deal or are leading thinkers.

We see our podcast as an open dialogue that brings together different perspectives to make issues understandable and offer impulses for the economy of tomorrow: we connect people from business, academia, civil society organizations, and politics; startup founders who are taking a new path with decision-makers who want to bring about cultural change in established companies.

What exactly can I expect?

We’re delighted to have found two very strong guests for the very first episode: with Haniel CEO Thomas Schmidt and business philosopher Anders Indset, we talk about transformation. Can there still be good business performance in the future without being fit for future generations? Can sustainability and the profit motive be reconciled, or will they remain opposites?

Shortly after – we’re currently planning to release new episodes roughly every two weeks – we’ll continue with conversations on the medicine of the future and on biodiversity & ecology. For these topics, too, we’ve won over interesting conversation partners who, as industry experts, have dared to take the next step and are transforming the economy to make it future-proof.

Where can I find the podcast?

You can always find all episodes on this Anthropia website. You can also find and subscribe to the podcast on your preferred streaming service, such as Spotify or Deezer. We also welcome your feedback, which you can send to redaktion@aufwindzukunft.de. Enjoy listening!
