Depending on where you are with your startup, you can join the Impact Factory through one of two programs. Successfully complete one of these stages and you become a permanent member of the community – Welcome Home!

Just starting out?

You have an idea with impact or your product is about to enter the market? In the Incubator, we give you intensive support in turning your vision into reality and building a market-ready company from your impact idea. On this page, you'll learn more about the incubation program.

Growing?

In the Accelerator, we help founding teams that already have a finished product and first traction in the market to scale, with a strong network of experts, access to key customers and investors, and individual coaching in the areas that matter most to you, such as marketing, sales, finance and investor readiness.

IMPACT FACTORY INCUBATOR

The Impact Factory Incubator (IFI) has been supporting early-stage founders since 2019. The startups' goals come first – they set the direction, we provide the right framework. Our program combines a clear roadmap with hands-on learning, peer learning in an engaged community, individual support from experienced coaches, and access to a strong network and solid know-how from the impact scene. That's how visions become viable, market-ready, impact-driven business models. Apply if you want to go from impact idea to successful impact company together rather than alone. More than 370 impact startups and 700 impact founders are already on board.

IMPACT FACTORY 
ACCELERATOR

The Impact Factory Accelerator (IFA) is the growth booster for impact startups with a finished product and first traction. IFA is part of the state-funded "NRW HUB" program – so impact-driven founders can expect plenty of power here: growth-stage startups get targeted  growth strategies, individual 1:1 coaching and the contacts that really matter: investors, key customers and strategic partners. So apply if you're ready to take off.

Our Impact Startups

More than 370 startups with over 700 founders have already gone through our support program, the Impact Factory – they are the heart of our network. They are impact-driven startups developing innovative solutions to societal, environmental and social challenges. Their projects cover a wide range of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – from climate action and educational equity to health and social inclusion. Many of our alumni are now successfully established in the market, while others are pioneering new ways of doing business. They all share the conviction that entrepreneurship can – and must – be part of the solution.

Have you shown as an active participant in your batch that you want to be part of the community for the long run? Then after these first six months it's: Welcome Home! You stay on as a permanent member of the community – for life.

Community Program

As an Impact Factory community member, all doors are always open to you. Join our workshops, events and networking formats again and again, or connect with other startups and contacts from the supporter ecosystem.
